Initial Light

Leathery with a very slight spice and a bit of sweetness

First 1/3:

Starts off pretty strong with a good little kick of pepper that quickly fades into a delicious sweet leather. Burn is near perfect and the wrapper is so oily it appears wet. Luckily my humidor is running between 60 - 65% currently, else I think I would have had problems keeping such an oily cigar lit. Good amount of smoke nice and medium smooth after the first quarter inch or so. Most of the spice has faded except just a tiny bit on the very finish.

Second 1/3:

Ash holding on tightly with very clean white and black bands running around the circumference. Profile is still medium in body and slightly sweet with leather and coffee notes. About midway through the second 3rd I started picking up on some fruity flavor that made me immediately think of chocolate covered cherries. Smoke is still burning very well and ash still holding tight.

Final 1/3:

Sweetness has died down a bit leaving behind flavors of mostly tobacco with a little pepper spice on the back of my throat and maybe a little bit of coffee. Lost the ash close to two inches and it landed in my lap without even crumbling. Construction on this smoke was top notch and the overall look was very pleasing from bands down to the wrapper. Final third was pretty uneventful, but was a pleasure smoking none the less.
