Initial Light

I've been gravitating towards smaller cigars lately. I want the taste but not all the nicotine. Plus I find a 20 minute smoke more enjoyable than a 2 hour one. On to the review: This little perfecto has a nice pre-light taste with a little sweetness. The light is very uneventful, as most perfecto's are. Just a little flame and you're off. The draw was perfect right off the bat, as would be expected from a cigar shorter than my pinky finger. Good volume of smoke, good rich flavor.

First 1/3:

Well, the first inch was good, full of flavor, full of smoke, and a nice cedary tone. The burn was nice and even, with a clean, white ash.
Leather and a whisper of cocoa make their presence known.

Second 1/3:

More of a coffee-and cream taste here, with a little pepper. Draw still excellent as the perfecto tightens up on this shorty.

Final 1/3:

Really nice here. New flavors include a little more wood, more leather.
burn is perfect all the way down...no touch up required. For a quick, rich smoke, I would definitely recommend the Oliva Special G
